The nineteenth century barns which formed part of the old Efford Park estate just to the west of Lymington have been converted into modern offices. Larger office units have been available to rent for a number of years and Efford Park is delighted to announce that more affordable co-working space will be available to rent from this December. The West Barn is being converted into a shared office space which will enable individuals and small groups to work in a professional environment.
Ideal for small businesses and people tired with working from home, the facilities include wifi, meeting room, etc. West Barn is a beautiful wood beamed building in a rural setting just outside Lymington with ample parking. Desks will be let on a monthly basis on flexible terms and private offices are also available.
